To return a product please contact our customer service team to submit a claim first. When submitting your return claim please include proof of purchase. If your product is able to be returned, we will credit the purchase price to your account, however the customer will incur the cost of return postage.

. Our team will only accept returns from products that are:
- Returned in perfect and unused condition with complete original packaging, including proof of purchase
. We cannot accept returns that are:
- Used, damaged or incomplete
- Custom made products or configured to order
Lecky’s Electrical & Data cannot be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit, please contact the respected courier service for further details.
2. Damaged/ Faulty Goods
Upon receiving your order if any products are found to be damaged, please contact Lecky’s Electrical & Data within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We will organize for the return of the product and arrange a credit towards your next purchase or send a replacement product.

3. Warranty
Product warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers or suppliers warranty terms and conditions. These conditions are available upon request.
If you believe that your product is faulty under its warranty please contact our team and we will process your warranty claim with the respective manufacturer or supplier.

Our team will then return your product to the manufacturer and either refund or replace the item per your instructions.
